Table 1 is for A4 sheets folded to produce A5-size Orders of Service.
Table 2 is for A3 sheets folded to produce A4-size Orders of Service .

Before folding, how many sides does your Order of Service have in total ? (divide last Order of Service page number by 2)
How many of those sides need to be copied full colour (0 for none)
How many copies do you wish to print of your Order of Service ?
